sfxrX is a Mac port of Dr. Tomas Pettersson's sfxr. I originally ported sfxrX in 2008 and changed it little until late August 2011 in which I rewrote most of the port, adding a waveform view in the process. It does everything the original does as well as lets you save sound templates to disk (so you can later reload and tweak them), and it has a temporary sounds list.
The code is up on github. You're free to tweak it as you like, but rather than fork it for no reason, could we all just play in the same sandbox?
